The field of physiotherapy, also known as physical therapy, focuses on optimizing movement and function in individuals of all ages. Physiotherapists are healthcare professionals who assess, diagnose, and treat conditions that affect a person's ability to move and function effectively. They use a variety of techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and education to help patients manage pain, improve mobility, and regain strength and function.
Physiotherapy can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, cardiopulmonary conditions, and sports injuries.
