Dr. Toyin Kunle Olawunmi is a graduate of Economics major at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He graduated from Schiller International University Paris-France with a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. He won two awards: Raymond Aaron and Rene Cassin awards for best graduating student at Bachelor, and best graduate thesis award at the Masters respectively. He is a graduate of Diploma and Advanced Diploma - National Security, from Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI) Israel. Participated in a Cambridge University’s ten weeks’ online certificate course in Armed Conflict, Human Rights, and International Humanitarian Law (HREA) in 2009. Toyin holds a Doctorate in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Centre D’Etude Diplomatique et Strategique in Paris, France.

He is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School of Politics and now a Senior Lecturer of Intelligence and Security Studies at Novena University, Nigeria. Toyin is a member of Amnesty International, Member International Institute of Professional Security (MIIPS), Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) and the Ikoyi Lions Club. Also a member of the National Institute of Management (Chartered) and International Society of Military Law and the Law of War. He participated in several Seminars, and congresses in the European Union (EU) countries, Middle East, USA, Brazil and South Africa.

He has traveled to more than 35 countries. Notably, The USA, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, Israel, Brazil, Ukraine, Austria, The UK, Angola, South Africa and France. He is a passionate Associate Professor and an Executive Administrative manager with more than 35 years of skills in national and international security environment. Accomplished Strategic Intelligence Officer with specialized knowledge in Counter-Terrorism and Global Security studies with many years of instructional experience.
